An experience design hand book by fuelfor for the Lien Foundation and ACM Foundation. Over nine months, fuelfor delved into the hospice sector in Singapore and working with the project’s partners – Assisi Hospice, Dover Park Hospice and St Joseph’s Home and Hospice – conducted ethnographic observations, co-design workshops and in-depth interviews with patients, families, care teams and experts. As a result, the Hospitable Hospice offers critical new thinking and a refreshing vision with which we can re-imagine future hospices and services.
