The Challenge of Enhancing Customer Experience 

A global car manufacturer wanted to enhance their customer experience and identify opportunities for new value propositions. The purpose was to explore the development of a new service around paying at gas stations.

Interviews and Personal Profiles 

Stby and Minds & Makers worked together to interview German car drivers to learn about their behaviours and attitudes around payments related to cars and mobility. The interviews were transformed into personal profiles with customer insights and opportunity areas.
