‍Investigating Unusual Listening Behaviour 

A client asked for an eight-week design research project to examine an unusual type of listening behaviour among their users in India and the UK who listened to audiobooks and podcasts. The client’s internal researchers had observed this behaviour and were keen to learn more about these users, beyond what a quantitative approach could accomplish.

Ethnographic Design Research 

A deep-dive ethnographic design research project was conducted to uncover the needs, content preferences, moments of listening, and tools that defined this type of user's listening habits.

Goal of the Research 

The ultimate goal of the research was to enhance the listening experience for this specific user group by understanding their unique behaviours and preferences.
