This global study, conducted in countries, involved a large part of the Reach network, including partners in Brazil (Flutter Innovation), China (Apogee), Denmark (Antropologerne), Germany (minds and makers), Hungary (The Care Lab), India (Quicksand), Japan (Spur), Netherlands (Stby), France (ID-SL), Spain (The Care Lab) and USA (Portigal Consulting).

Understanding Energy Consumption

The study focused on better understanding how people use electricity and how they think about their energy use, with a specific focus on charging devices. The data repository generated a long list of insights, pointing towards opportunity areas and ideas for industries related to energy use and sustainability.

Benefitting Energy and Sustainability

The research provided valuable materials and consumer insights that were beneficial to an energy supplier in Europe as well as other companies and organisations.
