The Challenge of Low Awareness of Myeloma
Myeloma, a bone marrow cancer, is not widely known. Celgene commissioned Antropologerne to research the needs of patients and their relatives. The aim was to raise awareness of the experience of life with myeloma in Danish society.
Interviews with Patients and Relatives
The qualitative research included short and in-depth interviews with patients and relatives in their homes. The focus was on their experiences, feelings, hopes, and challenges.
Research Findings Presented Visually
The research findings were presented visually through films and a report to show the changes and challenges patients experience.
