Who Is The Reach School For? 

We expect you to be a thought leader, or strive to be one in the near future. You can be in any sector in industry, government or non-profit organisation, but you need to set directions, with your team(s), and you need to be wanting to support your team(s) to achieve meaningful change.

Difficulties of working with complex, wicked problems that professionals, teams and their leaders face.

Generate Deeper Connection by Sharing Compelling Stories and use Questions to innovate

    About building an appetite for understanding external perspectives and experiences in a manner that allows you to put your own associations aside and empathise more deeply with others.

    About cultivating an easefulness in situations that are hard to predict and control.

  • Session 7 – Diversity in Connecting to New Networks

    with special guests: Rohan Pantakar from Quicksand (India) & Núria Vilarasau from The Care Lab (Spain). About practices in enabling new connections with people beyond the ecosystem of your work and identity.
  • Session 8 – Empowering Whole-Community Co-Creation

    About enabling connections between others as a facilitator to build new value and synergies.
