Employee-Centric Innovation 

While Customer-Centric Innovation is common, Employee-Centric Innovation is an emerging practice. Viewing employees as key stakeholders ensures that an organisation’s mission is realised in the best way possible. VodafoneZiggo asked Stby to help improve their employee experience by exploring the 'Candidate Journey'. The goal was to understand the experience of recently hired employees from the moment they respond to a vacancy to their first day at work.

Research Focus and Methodology 

The research focused on understanding the Candidate Journey from the perspective of recent VodafoneZiggo hires. Interviews were conducted with employees, recruiters, HR managers, and hiring managers to explore needs and experiences, identify pain points, and define opportunities to improve the Candidate Journey.
