Transforming organisations
As more and more businesses and governments involve design researchers to help transform their organisations from being internally focused to acting more collaboratively with their customers, the ten partners from the global Reach Network came to Eindhoven to discuss how to facilitate these changes: locally but also globally in multinational teams.

GOOD Morning and GOOD Afternoon
The day was divided into two separate sessions of GOOD Morning & GOOD Afternoon. The morning session had an expansive set of interactive presentations given by the partners on stories of inspiring change. The afternoon session was an intimate workshop setting, where the participants discussed and worked on the critical pathway to transformation within organizations they wished to make happen.
